    Test ride

Silver Service 

    Full bolt-check
    Check and adjust brakes
    Check drive train components for wear (chain, cassette, cranks, pedals, bottom bracket)
    Adjust gears
    Check and adjust headset
    Check tires/rims for wear and pump to appropriate pressure
    Wipe/lube chain
    Replace and lube brake cables/outers if necessary
    Replace and lube gear cables/outers
    Replace brake pads/rotors if needed
    True wheels
    Test ride

Gold Service

    Full bolt-check
    Check and adjust brakes
    Check drive train components for wear (chain, cassette, cranks, pedals, bottom bracket)
    Adjust gears
    Check and adjust headset

   Wipe and check frame for damage/alignment
    True wheels
    Adjust and re-grease hubs if necessary
    Adjust and re-grease bottom bracket if needed
    Replace/service drivetrain components (chain, cassette, cranks, pedals etc.)
    Test ride
